What are your key technical milestones? +

The initial funding round will be utilized to deliver:
a. Demo car of Laureti’s flagship vehicle & Launch-ready pilot of London taxi b. Development of proprietary operating system (MiRA OS) to power flagship vehicle cabin and London taxi c. Establishment of OEM partnerships and consolidated manufacturing outsourcing plan

What type of securities are offered? +

We prefer convertible notes or SAFEs. Depending on the investor profile, the strategic alignment and their level of involvement; we are also open to discussing equity offering.

When do you expect revenue generation to start and What is the timeline to profitability? +

Revenue generation is forecast to start in Yr2H1 with subscription revenue for the on-demand taxi proposition, followed by revenue for our flagship vehicle in Yr3H1. Breakeven is forecast for Yr3H2.

How do you explain the valuation? +

Our pre-money valuation is based on a weighted average of several valuation methods, both qualitative and qualitative, and ultimately underpinned by a detailed monthly 10-Yr cash flow forecast. By using a weighted average of several methodologies, we feel gives a more comprehensive and reliable view to our valuation.

What valuation methodologies do you use? +

Qualitative: Scorecard Method, Checklist Method Quantitative: VC Method, Discounted Cash Flow Method with Long Term Growth (Industry based), Discounted Cash Flow with Multiplier (Industry based)

What are the potential exit strategies? +

We identified multiple exit opportunities. Completion of software programs will attract strategic partners, a fully functional cabin and software enabled experience will attract automotive OEMS or further down the line SPAC / IPO are viable options.

How much can I invest and what is the minimum? +

The goal set for this round is GBP 5m. The minimum starts at GBP 25,000

If you have reached your maximum funding goal for this round, can I still invest? +

You can submit an “Expression of Interest” to participate in the subsequent round. An indication of interest is similar to a reservation. It’s a non-binding commitment that allows you to be placed on our list for any offerings that are oversubscribed, meaning they have raised more than their maximum funding goal. This is not an investment and does not guarantee a place in the offering.

Once the interest is accepted, you will be invited to sign a binding agreement. You will have only 72 hours to sign the approved indication of interest. If you do not sign the agreement within 72 hours of being notified, you will be bumped to the bottom of the waitlist. If your binding agreement is pre-signed, the investment will automatically get pushed through once off the waitlist.

Can I cancel my indication of interest? You can cancel your indication of interest at any time up until 48 hours before the target deadline. If you cancel your indication of interest, you will lose your place on the waitlist.

When will I become an investor in this offering? You will not become an investor in this offering unless your indication of interest is accepted and pushed off the waitlist, and you sign your binding subscription agreement via email, within 72 hours of notification. There is not a defined timeframe, as to when/if your indication of interest will be accepted.

How does the current inflation affect your fundraising? +

The impact of inflation is on display as the electric vehicle (EV) prices rise due to the cost of raw materials. “The average new-vehicle price - across all cars - has inflated to $46,000. And yet the buyers keep coming” according to Bloomberg (17 June 2022).

This year the public's interest in electric cars surged amid high gas prices. This proved a common understanding across all EV companies. "It is easier to sell an EV than to produce at scale".

With the rising costs, the overall production timelines, in addition to costs, may be stretched due to demand and scarcity of raw materials. The fact that energy prices are a major cause of inflation. Governments across Europe and the Americas see putting more resources and focus on clean energy and transportation at home. They are expected to recommit to doing more towards green energy and clean mobility goals. We have to wait and see how the new policies to support the industry will shape.

In our opinion, our business is positioned in a sector that is more resilient to external factors compared to other tech sectors which is a strong consideration for investment.
